After finishing a tricky September on a high with a 4-1 home win over Stocksbridge, Garforth will be looking to try and complete back to back wins for the first time since August. Paul Marshall will have to achieve this with a severely depleted squad on Saturday though.

Jack Johnson had to leave the field with a concussion on Tuesday, automatically ruling home out for this game, alongside Matt Savage, who suffered the same fate last Saturday.

Added to other absentees (for various reasons), Town could be without seven or eight regulars for the visit of Consett.

The Steelmen currently sit twelfth in the table. Six places below Garforth, but just three points behind with a game in hand.

They have also played against the top two teams in the division in the last week, and while they suffered defeat at Morpeth, they recorded an impressive 3-1 win over Liversedge last Saturday.

Garforth have an unbeaten record in the four meetings between these sides since they returned to the NPL. The last win came courtesy of goals from Luke Aldrich Mutty.
